Appointment Time

Please be aware of the ongoing construction around Legacy on HW 100.  You may need to leave a few minutes early to make your appointment time.  If you’re running late, please let us know. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late to their appointment may need to reschedule.


Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens!  All we ask is 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling.  Should a cancellation, rescheduled appointment or no-show occur within 24 hours of your scheduled service on more than one occasion, a credit card will be secured for future appointments and a $25 cancellation fee will be charged.  Should this become habitual, guest will have booking privileges revoked and prepayment will be required.



If you are unsatisfied with your hair product purchase, we will happily exchange any lightly used product for another that better fits your needs.  All skin care product sales are final.


Family First

Legacy is a family-friendly salon. Children of all ages are more than welcome to join you at your appointment. Well-mannered pets on leash are also welcome.
